**39803BR** **Extended Job Title:** Financial Analyst III **Org Level 1:** Texas Tech Unv Hlth Sci Ctr El Paso **Position Description:** Performs central accounting and financial analysis functions according to established procedures. **Requisition ID:** 39803BR **Travel Required:** Up to 25% **Major/Essential Functions:** + Chrome River: Reviews and approves Travel and Purchase Card expenses on Chrome River. + HUB: Submits the HUB report on a monthly basis. + Responsible for the Annual Physical Inventory. Records, tags, and distributes assets as determined by policy. Updates the Property Management System as necessary. + Requisitions: Processes requisitions for Projects and Acquisitions. Processes requisitions for Maintenance and Operations as a backup. Reviews and approves requisitions as a backup. + Billing: Bills project work orders. Bills project manager fees. Bills service request as a backup. + Invoices: Reviews and Receipts Pay Apps. Reviews and Receipts invoices as a backup. + Budget Revision: Processes Budget Revisions. + Cost transfers: Processes cost transfers. + Encumbrances: Reviews and submits change orders for Project and Acquisitions. Reviews and submits change orders for Maintenance and Operation as a backup. + Acquisitions: Processes manual checks for relocation costs. Records properties with Texas General Land Office. Responsible for submitting Higher Education Property Inventory Report with Texas General Land Office. Pays Property Taxes. Verifies with the El Paso District Appraisal if properties are tax exempt. + Reconciliations: Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of revenue and expensed Leases, and tracks expiration dates of Lease agreements. Responsible for the weekly billing reconciliation of Projects and PM Fees. Responsible for the weekly/monthly reconciliation of Services funds. Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of Utilities.
