Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Establish and improve performance metrics to assist with business evaluation and decision-making. Ensure the accurate compilation, timely reporting, and analysis of data.Analyze and report on commercial programs, customer, and division activity (revenue, profitability, savings/value delivered) on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc basis.Support accounting, forecasting and alignment of Corporate Incentive process while driving critical improvements.Support monthly expense and headcount management. Partner with GBS teams to ensure results are accurate and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Conduct customer centric reporting and analysisSupport revenue forecasting and actively participate in monthly and quarterly business reporting activitiesLead various Operations finance projectsPerform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or other relevant area

At least 3 years of direct experience in financial analysis and reporting preferably within a large, matrixed organization
