Our client offers an opportunity to join their **DMI Finance** team, which supports the CeraVe brand, helping to manage the P&L and providing financial reporting and analysis to promote decision-making within the business. Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: + Provide financial support and guidance to the DMI Finance Leads and the DMI Marketing teams + Manage the A&P budget file, including planned and actual spend + Perform monthly closing journal entries, actuals reporting, and analysis + Conduct ad hoc analysis to evaluate spend and assist with business decisions + Partner with Supply Chain and Operations Finance teams for proper maintenance of Product Hierarchy + Assist with the monthly margin checks and product launch finance liaison + Communicate financial results, trends, and budgets to internal teams and business partners **Education/Certification Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience) + MBA/CPA a plus **Experience Requirements:** + 2-5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a consumer product finance role + Strong Excel skills, working knowledge of SAP + Experience with Compass and Magnitude is a plus + Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment **Note:** This role is a **hybrid** position in New York, NY, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
