This opportunity entails being responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. This position will involve comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and decision support activities, enabling the organization to make informed financial decisions. This role requires a self-starter who can manage and execute financial analysis tasks autonomously. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, self-motivated and proactive in using technology to improve processes and reports. To be successful, they will build and maintain a network of peers across the company to share insights and best practices. **What You’ll Do:** + Provides advanced-level financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and modeling to support management decision-making. Provides support for corporate and/or division level on large, complex projects. + Synthesizes large amounts of data into meaningful summarized reports to enhance leadership’s ability to understand the information and make decisions. + Assists in designing and developing complex business applications built with Excel and/or HNTB Enterprise Reporting Solutions. + Leads monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reporting and planning activities. + Generates, creates, and evaluates complex standard and ad hoc financial and business-related analyses under minimal guidance. + Develops graphs, charts, and presentations to clearly show data trends and projections. Interprets data and communicates results. + Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect Sales, Revenue, Earnings, and Cash. Provides interpretation and makes recommendations.
