Four Hands has received numerous recognition and accolades, including ranking in the Inc. 5000 list 14 times and has been voted consistently as one of Austin’s Top Workplaces.  Join our Financial Planning and Analysis team as in Intern where you will work alongside other departments such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing. The day-to-day responsibilities will include financial operations and provide an opportunity to learn hands-on finance skills through experienced professionals. This individual is expected to manage a project and present learnings to our leadership team at the end of the internship. 
 
This position is expected to start January 2025 and continue through the entire Spring 2025 term (through April 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site. 

In This Role\nConduct financial analysis and reporting on various projects and initiatives \nUtilize analytical skills to identify financial trends and provide insights to support decision-making \nConduct market research and analysis to support strategic financial planning \nCreate and maintain financial models and databases \nCommunicate financial information and reports to team members and management \nMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks \nAdhere to company policies and procedures related to financial processes and reporting\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team  \nOther duties as assigned by Management\n

The Ideal Person\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field \nPrevious internship experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is a plus \nAbility to work with advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) \nKnowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis \nStrong written and verbal communication \nTime management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines \nAdaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment \n
