The ideal candidate will have high level financial modeling skills, a firm understanding of finance and accounting concepts, superb analytical abilities, excellent customer service skills and a veracious appetite for learning and improvement. The ideal candidate is an effective presenter and can balance getting the details right while moving quickly in a results-driven environment. This candidate must have the capability and flexibility to provide financial support across various finance roles including our manufacturing operations, in the management of our bill of material, or in developing our future airline business.
Responsibilities Create original data models that contribute to the forecast of manufacturing cost, layering expected cost movements onto current costs.Collaborate with key stakeholders in manufacturing operations and engineering, with the goal of sourcing data from systems/people in a streamlined, non-disruptive mannerConvert research into working financial models to support decision makingCreate clear documentation to support your workSupport day-to-day reporting & analytic requests with accurate and timely informationConstantly improve everything and help make the business stronger Required Currently completing an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years completed if at the undergraduate levelTo do valuable analysis, you must be able to source, understand, and structure data efficientlyData can be sourced from systems and from people. The pay range for graduate interns with a Bachelor, Master, and/or Ph.D. degree is $5,400-$7,500/month.
