Job Description Internship Overview: Brookfield Residential’ s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our projects and operations. This internship program is open to highly motivated and driven students who are eager to explore the development and residential real estate industry, gain practical experience, and make meaningful contributions to our team. The Summer Internship Program will begin on May 19, 2025 and conclude on August 15, 2025. Your Team: The Finance Intern plays a key role in the preparation and presentation of financial and market research and analysis for our regional teams. You will be working with our Regional Finance and Accounting teams. Qualifications: + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Business). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + A keen interest in real estate and development. + Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player. + A positive and can-do attitude. + Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. + Must possess reliable transportation.
