Our client is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join their Capital and Asset Reporting and Analytics team within Asset Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and experience in capital and asset reporting and analysis. Experience with rate case analysis is highly desired but not required. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Pay: $51 - $61 per hour w2 **Responsibilities:** + Provide financial analysis and reporting support for capital and asset reporting functions. + Gather, interpret, and respond to regulatory requests related to rate case filings with state jurisdictions, with minimal oversight. + Analyze and understand complex capital and asset accounting matters, exercising strong analytical skills and judgment. + Prepare audit requests and conduct data analysis to support financial reporting. **Experience Requirements:** + 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis + Strong proficiency in Excel and keen attention to detail. + Project management experience is a plus _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
