Financial Analyst/Manager

Description We are on the lookout for a Financial Analyst/Manager to become a part of our team in Valencia, California. In this role, you will be tasked with handling customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any arising customer inquiries. Additionally, you'll monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records
• Utilize your strong financial analysis skills to assess and report on financial data
• Use your organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure data accuracy
• Use your experience with Hyperion, Oracle, or other large ERP systems to manage and analyze financial data
• Utilize your strong communication skills to resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Employ your knowledge of accounting functions to ensure the financial health of the organization
• Utilize your experience in annual budgeting and auditing to assist in the company's financial planning
• Use your skills in financial modelling to predict future financial trends
• Use your knowledge of budget processes to assist in the creation and management of financial plans. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and financial modeling is necessary.
• Proficiency in Accounting functions and Annual Budget preparation.
• Demonstrated knowledge in auditing and budget processes.
• Ability to use Crystal Reports for financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) is required.
• Knowledge of Corporate Financial Planning is essential.
• Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Reporting is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• Relevant detail-oriented certification (such as CFA/CPA) is preferred.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
