With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward. **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst specializing in Retail Opex and Headcount to join our team in Milpitas, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and optimizing our retail operations expenses and headcount planning. + Collaborate as a trusted advisor and business partner within the Retail / Consumer Solutions team, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams + Manage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to, expense, headcount and capital management, forecast, variance analysis, monthly close and management reporting + Consolidate and provide input and analysis on key expense trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy + Prepare executive presentations to review results and forecasts with management and business partners + Accrue for liabilities in accordance with US GAAP related to work incurred, not yet paid/accrued + Conduct qualitative analysis to trend present and future operational performance + Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement + Support ad hoc initiatives and business cases **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail + Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling and forecasting + Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP,) is a plus + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment + Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. \#LI-RG1 **Compensation & Benefits Details** + An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs. + The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future. + You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.
