We Love Who We Serve. SUMMARY: Under general direction, will develop and interpret complex financial and operational information for analysis to financial, field and executive management teams. Provide financial budgeting and detail analysis of actual budget versus planned, forecasted budgets. Special projects are an integral part of this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with management team in overall financial support of assigned organization. Prepare and present key executive summary analysis to Finance and Executive leadership. Prepare and present forecasts, reporting and analysis, including, but not limited to: a) detailed P&L reviews b) continual review of current processes to identify and implement improvements, c) provide insight and recommendations for cost savings or profitability improvement strategies. Act as key point of contact for Directors for financial questions and analysis requests. Prepare, analyze and coordinate Annual Budget process across multiple field and corporate groups. Analyze and maintain compensation data, including, but not limited to a) maintaining compensation reports and models b) resolving corporate helpdesk commission issues in accordance with compensation plans c) updating employee commisson and bonus records d) determining attainment of incentive awards. Serve as key resource for training needs of team. Perform analysis on special projects as requested. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None Required.
