What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Analyst Staff, you will lead financial operations for Global Readiness Solutions (GRS) and Aero Sustainment Operations, supporting Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) contracts. This role involves developing financial structures, managing budgets, analyzing costs, and ensuring accurate program financials. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Control Account Managers (CAMs), Program Managers, and Contracts, to align financial strategies with program objectives and deliver results that exceed customer expectations. This is a dynamic opportunity to drive financial excellence and contribute to the success of high-impact aerospace programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, baseline, and manage budgets for new and existing contracts, ensuring alignment with program requirements and customer expectations.

- Perform monthly reviews of Baseline Change Requests (BLCRs), Estimate Change Requests (ECRs), and cost variances, providing actionable insights to support program objectives.

- Lead the monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) process and conduct root cause analysis for Direct Distribution Material (DDM) variances to identify improvement opportunities.

- Partner with Control Account Managers (CAMs), Program Managers, and other teams to ensure financial alignment and effective execution of program strategies.

- Establish and maintain charging structures to support seamless program operations and compliance with financial standards.

Basic Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college

·Experience in a Finance and Business Operations competency such as Reporting, Earned Value Management, Contracts Management or Program Finance

·Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools, such as, ECE, SAP, Editor, COBRA, eIWTA, Hyperion or Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR),
Desired Skills:
·Ability to lead and mentor less experienced cost integrators.
·Experience with program finance business rhythms (BCLRs/ECRs).
·Experience in creating and baselining Budget Targets
·Familiar with cost structure and flow, Allocations, Rates and Factors
·Experience with Aero Editor tool.
·Experience with Earned Value (EV) application and implementation.
·Must possess and execute strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy and quality of work.
·High degree of interpersonal skills required in interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple sites.
·Working knowledge with IWTAs processes and billing requirements
·Verbal and written communication skills with a process improvement-oriented mindset
·Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $99,800 - $187,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $86,700 - $166,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
