Financial Analyst (Subic) Job ID 199242 Posted 20-Dec-2024 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Property Management Location(s) Subic - Zambales - Philippines • Cost Monitoring & Value Engineering: Support the Cost Control Officer in tracking and remeasuring on-site activities as part of the Value Engineering process to manage CAPEX/OPEX costs and ensure pricing is in line with market rates. • Reconciliation & Cost-Saving: Assist in reconciliation meetings with contractors to address high unit rates or incomplete items and explore cost-saving measures for CAPEX/OPEX projects. • Variation Orders Management: Track all variation orders on-site to minimize their impact on CAPEX/OPEX project costs. • Cost Estimation & Bid Evaluation: Help prepare detailed cost estimates from project specifications and documents and evaluate contractor bids. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and goals. • CAPEX/OPEX Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and updating 10-year CAPEX financial reports and monitoring budgets for monthly Board meetings. Contribute to yearly OPEX reporting and monitoring. • Documentation & Financial Closeout: Organize and compile necessary documentation, contracts, and change orders for the financial closeout of CAPEX/OPEX projects. • Payment Certificate Preparation: Support the creation of contractor payment certificates by reviewing cost items against agreed unit prices and quantities, and assist in preparing Payment Certificate Reports. • Post-Contract Document Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate post-contract documents, such as Potential Change Notices (PCNs), Change Request Forms (CRFs), and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates. • Cost Plan Preparation: Develop cost plans for upcoming CAPEX/OPEX projects to facilitate management approval. • Reconciliation for Variation Claims: Assist in meetings with contractors to reconcile variation claims included in interim progress bills. • Financial Statement Reporting: Aid in preparing monthly Financial Statement Reports for management, providing updates on CAPEX/OPEX project finances. • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and any related field. • 3 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying role or a similar technical role. • Knowledge in preparation of documentation pertaining to documentation and financial close out. • Strong background in OPEX/ CAPEX Financial reporting CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
