Financial Analyst - US Coffee
The Financial Analyst is responsible to support client groups within the US Coffee Business Unit. The role will support the US Coffee sales teams and commercialization of products across the portfolio. Comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and ad hoc analysis will be key activities of the role. This individual will develop an in-depth knowledge of the business areas supported (i.e. structure, objectives, product portfolio, budgets, forecasts, etc.) and use this knowledge to influence decision making. This position is critical to producing accurate and timely financial information and analysis as well as promoting an environment of strong internal controls and efficiencies.
What you will do:
Inform Commercial Team decision-makers by supplying financial modeling and analytical tools focused on model specific details and trends to attain tactical objectivesSupport the stage-gate financial processBe adept at organizing data from the company’s various data-base repositories to create/refresh financial modelsParticipate in Annual Operating Plan and Long-Term Plan creation through analysis, documentation, and reporting functionsPartner with Revenue Growth Management team to optimize pricing and promotional strategiesCollaborate on month-end close and periodic financial forecast updatesSupport internal customer requests and any Ad-hoc analysis/modelingCreate and maintain process documentationBring a strong work ethic, a sense of ownership, and a positive attitude to tackle the day’s challenges Total Rewards Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage ReimbursementAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility RequirementsWhat you must have:
