** ** *The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Early Childhood and Family Support Division, Fiscal Bureau.* This position is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting support for the Early Childhood and Family Support Division. Key responsibilities include: 1) developing and managing the division financial and management system; 2) ensuring compliance with policies, grant requirements, state and federal laws and regulations; 3) monitoring expenditures within budget appropriation, 4) providing support related to human resource and legislative policy issues related to the division; and 5) oversight and management of the division’s operations and internal controls; leadership for the division’s audits and monitoring including implementation of activities to address any findings .
