Financial Case Manager
Starting at $17/hour, based on experience
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

As a financial case manager, you will be working with clients assisting with benefit information, collaboration; providing ongoing financial counseling; and shielding clients from abuse and exploitation.  This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others!  If you would describe yourself as a highly organized problem solver with excellent time-management skills, then we would love you to consider this position!

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain budgets for clients Manage multiple case files Collaborate with other community resources Serve as a liaison to monitor and maintain clients’ eligibility for benefits Ability to maintain an organizational system to track all reports and issues Ability to complete time sensitive reports Accurately assess bills and request for funds, based on financial status

Requirements:

BA in Human Services/related field or former work experience in similar role  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations Ability to work with a team and independently Problem solving skills Experience working with populations with mental illness Efficient computer skills

Compensation and Benefits:
