Financial Coach
Financial Coach Aon is currently recruiting a Financial Coach to join our team. Reporti ng to the Financial Coaching Team Leader, this role is responsible for delivery of a range of pension and financial education employee presentations and one to one guidance to Aon clients’ employees, to fulfil the client requirements agreed by consultants and the promotion of this service both internally and externally to create new fee revenue. This is a virtual role involving regular travel within the UK. What the day will look like As a Financial Coach some of your key responsibilities will involve: + Development and delivery of high-quality member presentations and 1-1 surgeries for e.g. + Aon Pension products + Trust based clients + Aon Retirement Service + Financial Wellbeing and Education seminars. + Develop new fee revenue from existing clients for presentation & 1-1 activity. + Ensure working practices are in adherence with Aon UK LTD T&C processes and procedures; where necessary provide evidence and information to appropriate parties which demonstrates compliance with regulatory requirements. + Ensure renewal and retention of existing accounts by establishing client needs, maintaining client relationships and facilitating the overall renewal process. + Increase the value of a portfolio of accounts by identifying and converting addition business opportunities from current non AEB clients. + Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. + Personal utilization target of a minimum of 4 days per week client facing work. + Customer satisfaction target measured by feedback from sessions and employer feedback.
