Day-to-Day:

Conducts financial classes weekly and provides one-on-one financial coaching. Maintains client files according to VOATX and grant guidelines. Works with clients to manage their budget. Works with clients to reduce or eliminate debt. Works with clients to increase client savings. Attends all funder or stakeholder meetings and phone conferences as required. Completes data entry tasks and provides outcome reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University plus three years experience in applicable social and/or financial services.    A Texas Drivers License is required, clear MVR and the ability to be insured. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
