A DAY IN THE LIFE
CAS/CRM Collaboration Leader:
-Be the trusted advisor for the Cardiac Rhythm Management US Region to grow Market Share and achieve key business financial objectives, while effectively managing risks and opportunities as they arise by collaborating with the CAS OU
-Develop and maintain a mastery of the US region to support key operational and strategic decisions by leveraging industry and regional insights and data

CRM Leverage:
-Identify Leverage Opportunities with MDT Footprint
-Create leverage Opportunities with CRM exclusive technologies

Market Share Insights:
-Leverage available data to create insights and analytics 

Service Transformation:
-Be the trusted advisor for the Cardiac Rhythm Management US Region to support service transformation projects

Special projects:
-Prepare financial analysis to support critical special area or regional investment initiatives 
-Other Ad-hoc duties/special projects as assigned

MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting required OR Advanced Degree with 8+ years of experience required.

NICE TO HAVE:
•    Preference is for position to be based onsite in Mounds View, MN, but open to US remote.
•    MBA/CPA/CMA
•    Knowledge of standard GAAP requirements
•    Medtronic business unit finance experience/business acumen
•    Prior Medical Sales support experience
•    Excellent written/oral communication, presentation and influencing skills
•    Experience with MDT financial/reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, CMR, SPEND, BOXI) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
•    Positive attitude, with a high degree of initiative and accountability
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, in a high-paced environment
