In this role, you will collaborate closely with various business units to gain a deep understanding of the organization and provide insights aimed at driving profitable growth. Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong financial modeling background, and experience in financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities Develops, interprets and implements financial reports for Financial and BU leaders.Collaborate with operations and finance business partners across the organization to
Develop a deep understanding of the businessRecommend opportunities to expand margin, balancing both BU Leaders and Corporate objectivesServe as the “go-to” finance contact for BU leaders in explaining actual performance, forecast changes, and BU performance opportunitiesAnalyze features by BU to identify and recommend more profitable features for sale to customersAssist finance functions with
Reviewing forecast methodology and allocation of actuals within Management reportingDeveloping robust actual vs forecast variance explanations to provide insight to BU leadersLead Strategic Plan\Annual Plan review with BU leadersAnalyze customer profitabilityPartner with BU leaders, supporting functions, and Corporate FP&A in developing long-term Variable Margin targets for individual products and business segments Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 5 years of finance experience1 year lead experience
