About This Role RGP is partnering with our client to help with a transformation project in Mexico. We are seeking to connect with consultants who have experience in both leading accounting functions as well as implementing an ERP. This role has direct exposure to executive leadership and will be looked to for best practices and guidance.
What You Will Work On The main activities of this role are: Provide leadership and manage accounting function/team and all related activitiesOptimize Oracle and find new ways to make the operation more efficientWork with the entire Finance and Accounting team (30+ people) to optimize processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and develop new ones when required. which will be customized into OracleIdentify Oracle implementation pain points and propose alternatives/solutions to address the issues
What You Will Bring Requirements:Experience as a Controller or Senior Finance Manager supervising and managing teams of 25 to 35Experience leading ERP implementations and integrations (Oracle preferably) Implementation experience that includes overcoming obstacles is a plusTax & Fiscal knowledgeExperience in manufacturing, automotive or other industries where hundreds or thousands of SKU's are managedStrong cost accounting and inventory/supply chain experience (from a Finance/accounting standpoint)Experience with WMS systems and/or WMS modules within an ERPAvailability to go into the office 5 days a week (Greater Mexico City area)Provide leadership and manage accounting function/team and all related activitiesOptimize Oracle and find new ways to make the operation more efficientProcess optimization which will be leveraged within the new ERPIdentify Oracle implementation pain points and propose alternatives/solutions to address the issues What You Can Expect Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
