Job Description

Air Charter Service are looking for a Financial Controller to join the business and take responsibility for the financial management of the groups companies within Germany. Working with both local management and head office finance to protect the assets of the company, duties will include but are not limited too: 

Operation and improvement of internal financial controlsFinancial reporting to local and group managementSales and purchase ledger managementBalance sheet reconciliations and controlCredit control and cashflow optimizationPayroll operations (working with HR)Intercompany transactions and reconciliationLocal tax compliance (working with group tax manager)Overseeing work of 2 employees in multiple locations

QualificationsCompleted or in later stages of professional accountancy qualificationPrevious experience of financial management at company levelExperience in German tax compliance - desiredStrong excel skills and ability to deal with data proficiently and accuratelyStrong balance sheet focusEnglish as a second language
