The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations, manage all accounting systems, and establish business processes that enhance transparency and drive accountability. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiencies. As a key financial leader, you will collaborate with the executive team to provide strategic insights and implement best-in-class accounting practices.
ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a global accounting team, fostering efficiency and collaborationOversee financial operations and systems, including NetSuite integration and optimizationDevelop and implement GAAP-compliant policies and procedures (familiar with revenue recognition standards) Enhance financial processes by implementing internal controls and improving operational efficienciesPrepare and review financial statements for international entities, ensuring accuracy and best practicesManage month-end and quarter-end close processes, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reconciliationOversee and optimize cash conversion cycle, including invoicing, billing, and collectionsAssist in compliance with international tax regulations, VAT/GST, and statutory requirements for each entityProvide financial analysis and strategic insights to drive company growthQualificationsCPA certification (Required)NetSuite expertise (Required)5+ years of GAAP accounting experienceStrong background in financial reporting and complianceCritical thinker with problem-solving and decision-making skillsResilient and adaptable, able to navigate change and drive continuous improvementAbility to leverage technology for automation and efficiency improvementsDemonstrated people skills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships at all levelStrong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skillsM&A experience (nice to have): acquisition due diligence, integration, and purchase accountingJob Details In-office presence required 5 days/week.Compensation: base salary, varied depending on skills and experience, plus 15-25% bonus.Benefits:Opportunity to build and expand a global finance teamWork closely with executive leadership to shape financial strategy15 Paid Time Off DaysMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD/ADD, EAP benefits & more!50% employer match on 401K contributions for up to 6% of your annual salaryLearning and development opportunitiesApply now!
