Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities** + Financial Reporting & Closing: Collaborate with the Finance team in monthly and annual financial statement closures, ensuring accurate analysis, reconciliation, and preparation of audit schedules. + Accounts Management: Oversee all aspects of the Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Treasury accounts management. Manage the relationship with outsourced service providers. + Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure robust internal controls are in place to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations and corporate policies. + Fixed Asset: Responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset Register, including asset acquisition, disposal, and monthly depreciation calculations. + Treasury Function: Manage treasury activities, including monthly hedging, weekly payment runs, payment review and execution, bank liaison, and performing bank reconciliations. + Accounts Receivable: Oversee AR processes, including managing rebates and commissions, resolving customer inquiries, and reviewing and processing credit and debit notes. + Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in and lead various finance-related ad-hoc projects as required by the business. **We bring** + Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards. + Collaboration with experts in health, nutrition, and beauty to drive progress. + Dedication to creating better futures for customers, communities, people, and the planet. + Responsibility and accountability in living company values and driving sustainable solutions. + Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change. + Customer-first approach, working with world-renowned brands to turn ideas into impactful solutions. **You bring** + Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is highly preferred. Minimum 4 years of finance/accounting experience + Independent, proactive, and committed to contributing effectively as a team player. + Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with people of various seniority and departments + Meticulous, able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously + Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards, and local statutory accounting standards + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills + Good oral and written communication skills.
