Primary Responsibilities:

You will provide financial reporting and tax services and ensure solid business control and compliance environment for all operations in Thailand. 

You will maintain accounting records, external and internal financial reporting in Thailand and US GAAP.  Compliance with Thailand accounting and tax legislation and also USA Sarbanes – Oxley regulations.

You will establish visibility and presence within the organization to communicate strong tone at the top relative to the internal control environment. This includes providing periodic training to non-finance managers in the organization.

You will take leadership in providing financial and technical accounting advice to all departments to ensure compliance with all external and internal requirements including new accounting announcements / introductions

You will proactively partnerin with the Leadership Team and FPA team to ensure the Country, PBU and SBU finance goals and objectives are achieved.

You will provide analytical support, strategic financial insight and perspective and commercially focused mindset

 

Primary Requirements:

You have bachelor’s degree or master’s in Accounting or Finance

You have at least 7 years experiences in accounting field and 4 years experience in management level

You have CPD license and knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, SOX; BOI experience would be preferable

You have experience in financial controls, compliance, manufacturing and cost accounting 

You possess strong leadership and tactical skill especially in managing people at the same level or higher

You have good communication in English

You have proficiency in Microsoft office
