Description A respected organization in Escondido is looking to onboard an experienced Financial Coordinator to help streamline their financial processes and ensure accuracy across all financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: + Manage financial records, track expenses, and analyze budgets to ensure proper allocation of resources. + Prepare monthly financial reports for management, providing insights and analysis as needed. + Coordinate the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments. + Assist with the preparation of budget forecasts and monitor variances. + Maintain compliance with internal policies as well as federal, state, and local regulations. + Collaborate with internal departments to address any discrepancies and resolve financial concerns. + Support audits by preparing required documentation and financial records. Requirements + A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial coordination or accounting role. + Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. + Strong organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines consistently. + A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
