Financial Coordinator (Grants)
Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Cambridge initially, then 3 days per week)
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Coordinator with grants experience to support financial operations related to research activities. This role will begin onsite for two weeks and then transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days per week onsite).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pre- and post-award financial activities, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and compliance monitoring.Review and submit proposals and budgets, ensuring they align with financial guidelines.Track and manage financial performance of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Handle financial transactions, including invoices, requisitions, and vendor payments.Coordinate with faculty, staff, and external partners to resolve financial issues and ensure timely processing of financial documents.Assist with financial forecasting, reports, and reconciliations.Provide support for special financial projects, including billing and payment tracking.Act as a point of contact for financial inquiries and provide training to junior staff on financial practices.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or grants administration.Experience with Concur, SAP, and QuickBooks is preferred. FT1400461AM_1735578756 To Apply for this Job Click Here
