Minimum Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of three years of insurance or social work. Associate’s degree in Business/Accounting field preferred. Knowledgeable of guidelines and requirements for eligibility, coverage and benefits, and claim submission practices for all government programs (Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and Tricare/Champus). Must know basic billing specifications. Working with PC’s, printers, and be able to maneuver between several PC applications. Must be knowledgeable of Windows and Microsoft Word. Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
