A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Works in a fast pace environment in the emergency room informing and guiding patients regarding their medical insurance benefits/coverage and financial options while being sensitive to patient conditions. Self-starter, attention to details, time management and customer service experiences in a medical environment preferred. Relies on experience and good judgment to set, plan and execute their day in order to accomplish daily goals while working as a part of a highly motivated and successful team.
