If you're a Financial Counselor Trainer looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your talent contributes to changing people’s lives, then we want to talk to you. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time  Financial Counselor Trainer to work remote.  The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Weekends as needed 

How You'll Contribute:

This role ensures that both new and existing staff receive comprehensive training on policies and procedures, financial programs, practice management systems, electronic medical records (EMR) systems, insurance platforms, and other financial operational tools. In addition to onboarding and orientation, the trainer provides ongoing financial education to both administrative and clinical staff involved in financial operations. Acting as a key resource, this individual fosters positive communication and collaboration with staff and physicians, offering guidance and support as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Associates degree in Business Administration or other relevant field required; Bachelors’ degree preferred. Additional years of relevant experience beyond that required may be substituted for higher education. Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry required; women’s health & infertility exp. preferred. Computer literacy required. Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and proficient with a variety of hardware and software applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote team building required. Verbal and written abilities to communicate accurately and concisely required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships required. Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service, and team building. Ability to resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner required.

Must have:

Training / facilitation skills Coaching & mentoring skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Presentation skills (PPT, the ability to simplify and convey complex ideas effectively) Strong industry knowledge, and knowledge of USF workflows, processes and systems.

Nice to have:

Certifications in training & development or teaching; experience training/teaching Change management experience Strong EQ – able to adapt to different personalities and inspire teams
