The purpose of this job is to effectively manage, coach, and assist all direct reports in order to create a team first environment while supervising the work flow within the Financial Crimes Card Claims area in order to ensure the efficient processing of affidavits/declarations and all other associated paperwork from our customers. This position is also responsible for ensuring that all Association and Federal Regulations are followed.
