Job Description

U.S. Bank is currently seeking a Procedures and Policy Implementation Analyst to support the Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (WCIB) - Financial Crimes Control Team. The successful candidate will work with limited supervision to analyze, design, revise, publish and maintain the procedures and supporting documentation for the business line and Risk Management staff. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying changes in Corporate Policies for both financial crimes (i.e., AML/BSA) and non-financial crimes (i.e., fraud, ABAC) and ensuring key information is effectively communicated using a variety of communication channels (e.g., newsletters, bulletins, etc.).

Developing and delivering training related to policy changes, system enhancements, or as requested by managementProviding clear and concise written and verbal policy status updates to key stakeholders within senior leadership, compliance and risk managementManaging high-level projects, including gathering the required information, identifying deliverables, drafting documents, obtaining appropriate approvals and maintaining historical filesMaintaining partnerships with business line to ensure the delivery of comprehensive documentation that meets the business line’s needs

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceTypically more than six years of applicable experience

Hybrid/flexible schedule

 

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00
