Are you a skilled analyst with a passion for finance and a strong understanding of Basel RWA rules? We're seeking a dedicated **Financial Data Analyst** to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of both in-office and remote work. This role offers competitive compensation ( **$65.00/hour** ) over a 12-month contract period. **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Weekly Pay + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day. **Qualifications:** + Strong understanding of Basel RWA rules. + 5+ years of experience with SQL coding. + 2-5 years of experience in capital or Basel rules. + Proficiency in VBA coding. + Bachelor's degree preferred. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with financial regulatory reporting. + Knowledge of risk management methodologies. **Responsibilities:** + Support the calculation of Consumer RWA using the internal Saber application. + Execute month-end and quarter-end responsibilities for RWA calculations. + Conduct ad hoc research on variances by utilizing SQL code and analyzing data. + Ensure compliance with Basel rules by reviewing calculations and documenting alignment with regulations, including SQL code review. + Implement new code to facilitate B3E calculations. + Assist in the transition of RWA calculations from the current Saber solution to the new Saber Connect application. **Pay Details:** $65.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
