Job Description

Asturias is currently looking to hire a Financial and Data Analyst. As a Financial and Data Analyst, you will:

Gain insight to the dynamics of working on an equity focused, long/short hedge-fundAcquire expertise working with a team of Research Analysts who are seasoned TMT experts and responsible for autonomously managing an independent fund on behalf of ABLearn a process driven model for fundamental, in-depth analysis of companies and industriesPerform diligent & deep dive fundamental research on a universe of investments, financial statements and associated dataUpdate individual models & research notes on a regular basis in keeping with the investment and compliance process requirementsConduct yourself with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity

Job Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record3-6 years’ experience within Accounting, Investment Banking, Hedge Fund, Private Equity or IT ConsultingOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExcellent broad-based analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and intellectual maturityRelentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest levelGenuine desire to be a team player and work in a highly rigorous and collegial environment
