Description We are looking to bring on 2 Financial Data Consultants with Workday Adaptive experience. This role will be primarily focused on the implementation and management of financial data systems. As part of this role, you will be involved in the adaptation and integration of Workday’s Adaptive Planning module for financials for a healthcare/hospital client. This could be a hybrid or remote 7-month contract opportunity. Responsibilities: • Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of financial data, utilizing your knowledge of Crystal Reports and Data Mining Techniques. • Implement and manage the Adaptive Planning module of Workday's ERP system, focusing on data loading and sheet modeling. • Maintain accurate records of financial data, demonstrating your understanding of accounting functions. • Act as a key liaison for customer inquiries, providing thorough and timely responses. • Monitor and manage customer accounts regularly, taking appropriate action when necessary. • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data by conducting regular audits. • Play a key role in the budgeting process, using your expertise to ensure the efficient allocation of resources. • Use your healthcare industry knowledge to enhance the relevance and accuracy of financial data. • Adapt to changing conditions and requirements, demonstrating your ability to work in a dynamic environment. • Maintain a high level of data integrity and confidentiality, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in Crystal Reports is required for the role of Financial Data Analyst. • Comprehensive understanding and experience in Data Mining Techniques is essential. • The candidate must have a strong grasp of Accounting Functions. • Previous experience in Auditing is necessary for this job role. • Knowledge of Budget Processes is a key requirement for this position. • Familiarity and experience with Workday ERP are crucial for the Financial Data Analyst role.
