Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in Power BI and Excel to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on financial analysis to support the technology team in establishing baseline KPIs, tracking changes in KPIs as technology enhancements are implemented, and crafting narratives that explain the impact of these changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, analytical storytelling, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, experience in workforce and labor optimization is a plus. Your key responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and refining complex financial models to analyze KPIs and their evolution over time, while providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends. You will collaborate with the technology team to baseline KPIs and establish clear metrics for success, ensuring accurate and timely reporting as technology initiatives are rolled out. Utilizing Power BI and Excel, you will create dashboards, visualizations, and reports that effectively communicate financial performance and trends, presenting complex data in a compelling narrative for various stakeholders. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of technology changes on financial and operational metrics and develop presentations that clearly articulate the financial implications of technology initiatives. As part of continuous improvement efforts, you will identify opportunities to enhance financial analysis processes, implementing best practices, and staying current on industry trends, particularly in workforce and labor optimization, to provide innovative insights. Skills and Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Experience: 3+ years in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas). Experience with KPIs, data visualization, and financial storytelling. Preferred Skills: Background in workforce and labor optimization, familiarity with technology-driven financial analysis, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
