Job Description:
This job is responsible for handling moderately complex operations processes related to credit disputes, escalations and tax reporting. Key responsibilities include analysis, research, reconciliation, reporting data validation and resolution of issues and identified customer requests which may carry high levels of risk within enterprise risk categories. Job expectations include handling moderately complex transaction processing, reconciliation, and resolution of research requests to clients, consumer reporting agencies or taxing authorities, consulting with management for support.
Statement Review:
• Reviewing financial statements for Private Banks clients for accuracy and completeness
• Issue resolution in regards to monthly, quarterly and annual statements
• Parnter with the front office client teams on statement inquiries and/or requests through various communication tools including email boxes and service requests
• Provide support to management team on any initiatives impacting the team
• Monitor the statement processes though the use of daily reconciliation reports
• Work with external vendors and internal teams to fulfill printing/mailing requests
• Resolve out of balance conditions on client statements
