Financial Information Systems Analyst

As a vital member of our financial applications team, the Financial Information Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of our revenue and billing cycles. In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the financial health of our company by ensuring data accuracy, providing insightful analysis, and optimizing AppsFlyer billing processes.

What you'll do:

Support our revenue and finance operations by performing analysis, diving into investigations, pinpointing data discrepancies, and crafting pivotal reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration: In partnership with the Finance, Revenue, Billing, and Salesforce teams, you will assist in the support, execution, and refinement of our billing operations. Data Management and Analytics: Utilizing SQL, you will develop dashboards and reports with a focus on Looker to identify areas for improvement and aid stakeholders in decision-making. Communications: Articulate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders through concise and influential presentations. Process Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of data flows within our main revenue and billing operations and master the systems that manage them, such as Salesforce and Netsuite. Billing Analysis: Investigate billing data to highlight any issues and patterns, and recommend procedural enhancements for precise and prompt invoicing.

What you have:

2+ years of experience in Finance and Billing Orientation 2+ Familiarity with the order-to-cash process. 2+ experience in  SQL and working with analytical databases is mandatory. Business Intelligence: Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools. Looker experience is highly advantageous. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations. A BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields is preferred, though not mandatory.

Bonus Points:

Introduced by an AppsFlyer team member Prior experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems. Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Advanced knowledge of analytical and database software, with an emphasis on Looker expertise. Additional certifications or training in finance, analytics, or database management.
