Financial & Internal Compliance Manager

These are your tasks

You are in charge of the Cash Flow forecast construction, monthly Cash-Flow and CapEx monitoring including quarterly reporting in close collaboration with accounting team

You support during monthly P&L reporting as well as full year budgeting and forecasting process especially on below PRO items (i.e. non-recurring)

You oversee, conduct and ensure completion of Audit assignments to provide independent, objective assurance to the management.

You follow-up and ensure the closing of all Internal Audit Points and LSF (French Companies Compliance Law) across the Entity

You spread across the Entity an internal control culture by developing awareness through specific trainings to the employees

You oversee internal policies and procedures to ensure good level of internal control

This is your profile

A university degree in business economics with a focus on Controlling/Finance.

3-5 years of experience working in a major audit firm and/or preferably in the FMCG industry.

Strong ethics and compliance skills.

Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.

Ability to conduct trainings and possess good presentation skills, along with experience in project management.

Strong teamwork abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Capability to work independently, with prior experience in an international environment.

Proficiency in MS Office package, especially Advanced Excel. Experience with Hyperion Essbase/Excel Cube at an advanced level is preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or JD Edwards is a plus.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
