Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA. Responsibilities You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations. You will review direct cite funding documents for purpose, time, and amount (PTA), and funding appropriations. You will analyze financial data, working with data warehouses, software tools, and financial systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Management (N-ERP), Funding Document Management Portal, and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment. You will research and advise on the Enterprise Contract Vendor Pay (CVP) program to ensure vendor payments are processed timely. You will assist with monthly and quarterly metrics reported to Senior Leadership. You will perform problem definition, analysis, and recommendations through root cause analysis. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Financial Management Analyst experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or equivalent pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing a majority or all of the following duties: 1) Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations; 2) Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements align with program and current policies and procedures; 3) Knowledge and experience with the end to end procure to pay (P2P) Contract Vendor Pay Process; 4) Use Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) or related automated financial system to extract, interpret, and analyze financial reports and statistical data; and 5.) Applying identification, analysis and conceptualization of budgetary problems and development of alternative solutions. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or equivalent pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing a majority or all of the following duties: 1) Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations; 2) Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements align with program and current policies and procedures; 3) Knowledge and experience with the end to end procure to pay (P2P) Contract Vendor Pay Process; and 4) Use Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) or related automated financial system to extract, interpret, and analyze financial reports and statistical data.
