Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will perform formulation of budgets and estimates to support plans, program and activities. You will review and evaluate budget requests, and will track the status of and report on obligations and expenditures. You will perform a variety of fiscal, accounting, or financial management duties. You will perform varied duties by applying a series of different and unrelated, but established methods, practices, and techniques. You will apply a wide range of standard practices and procedures to phase of an annual budget and/or financial administrative process. You will perform specialized work involving managerial or administrative work in connection with accounting systems; analytical, forecasting, and interpretative functions associated with the management and control of resources or funds. You will perform analytical work pertaining to payroll, cash control and benefit systems. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: knowledge of financial management processes, laws, and regulations; Sufficient knowledge to analyze formulation and execution of financial programs; Significant knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Web-Based systems. 4. Knowledge in prioritizing and initiating work and maintaining deadlines. GS-07 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of financial management processes, laws, and regulations; Knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and other Web-Based systems; Knowledge in prioritizing and initiating work and maintaining deadlines.
