Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP, PROGRAM & BUSINESS ANALYSIS DEPT, CORPORTATE SUPPORT ANALYSIS DIV of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will assist with budget development, execution, and detailed financial reporting for various fund types. You will extract data from financial systems. You will monitor budget plans and execution, analyzing data, evaluating and interpreting findings and providing recommendations. You will actively foster positive working relationships at all levels, employing open dialogue while providing responsive, high quality products. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Extracting data from automated systems; 2) Tracking and reviewing expenses; 3) Using Microsoft Excel; 4) Demonstrating understanding of financial management and appropriations law. DA-02: our resume must demonstrate at least 3 years of general experience, 1 year of which was at or equivalent to the DA-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) Planning and organizing work; and 3) Communicating effectively orally and in writing.
