This is an exciting opportunity to join the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) as a Level 1 Finance analyst. In this role, you will:
• Drive program Business rhythm with key
stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to control account managers and functional analysts
• Develop performance metrics and preparation of related reports such as Contract Performance Report (CPR).
• Review/ Validate Monthly Estimate to Complete/
Estimate at Completion (ETC/EAC) updates.
• Assist in the development of review materials for the
consumption of internal and Government interfaces.
• Other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
related discipline such as finance, accounting, or business administration
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word and
PowerPoint)
• Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and
processes
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Desired Skills:
• Experience working in a team environment
• Proactive, able to develop strategic process
improvements
• Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound, data driven analysis

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
