The successful candidate will assist the CEO and Controller in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization, including budget control, program pricing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, exceptional Excel skills, and ERP experience. A CPA certification is preferred, along with experience in government contracting, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
