More than 800 physicians, 450 advanced practice providers, and 2,600 clinical and support staff in over 40 specialties, provide patients with a broad range of medical and surgical services.

AdventHealth Medical Group Central FL operates over 200 offices, providing compassionate, multidisciplinary care to more than one million patients a year.

The role you’ll contribute:

The Financial Manager (FM) interacts with AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG ) CFO, members of The AHMG leadership team and AdventHealth (AH) leadership and finance team members to provide relevant, accurate and timely financial information. The FM coordinates the development, implementation and deployment of strategic information that will have a financial impact or improvement opportunity within the organization. These financial impacts include but are not limited to revenue, cost, efficiency of process and productivity.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Drive development of annual budgeting process with support of operations

Perform financial analysis and modeling, and performs financial research

Focus on process improvement strategies with special focus on financial outcomes and process initiatives

Ad hoc reporting for the AHMG leadership team

Review and monitor financial metrics on a routine basis (daily, weekly, monthly)

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a business-related field

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a business-related field

Experience in the healthcare industry Finance/Accounting environment

CPA, MGMA ACMPE certified
