Our client is seeking a Financial Manager to join their team. As a Financial Manager, you will be part of the finance department supporting the sales and finance organizations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work optimally under time pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Financial Manager
**Location: Durham, NC**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage client accounts and act as the subject matter expert for budgetary decisions.
+ Refine and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for designated groups.
+ Prepare and submit budget and resource reports and statements, ensuring compliance.
+ Perform ad hoc, non-routine financial analysis as needed.
+ Support compensation assurance analysis.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3-5 years of experience in finance management.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, sumif, index match, etc.).
+ Strong skills in PowerPoint.
+ Preferred experience with Power Query, Business Objects, Essbase, Anaplan, and Salesforce.
+ Ability to excel in business partnerships and bring a high level of analytical rigor.
