Description We are inviting applications for the role of Financial Manager based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be a vital part of our team, overseeing key financial operations such as Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), Sales Tax, and Month End Close. This role will also involve some aspects of budgeting. Responsibilities: • Overseeing the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of sales tax calculations and submissions. • Taking charge of the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. • Assisting in budgeting activities to support financial planning and decision-making. • Using accounting software, specifically Sage Intacct, to maintain financial records and generate reports. • Proactively monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required. • Ensuring all accounting functions are performed in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
