Job Purpose and Impact

The Financial Markets Originator will drive business origination for Bahia state. In this role, you will develop new business opportunities and solidify existing relationships with banks and corporates to support growth initiatives. You will develop and understanding of customer's needs and provide them with financial solutions that fit those needs.

Key Accountabilities

Collaborate with functional and trading teams to develop new low risk customers in the assigned geography, growing the business to achieve revenue objectives and prospecting market and industry research.

Develop deep understanding of all structures and market these structures to new and existing costumers.

Develop deep knowledge of the customer business strategy and explore and develop new industries related to trade in the assigned geography.

Ensure proper understanding and compliance of the special operations group applicable to origination.

Develop and structure complex financing origination proposals that represent maximum value optimization to the customer and business and address the customer's key issues, needs and requirements.

Develop and maintain deep relationships with strategic internal and external stakeholders.

Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Understand corporate and trade finance

Knowledge of capital markets

Advanced English
