What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
This role supports the Chargebacks Team within the Customer Operations department. Key responsibilities in this role include processing chargeback claims from pharmaceutical wholesalers to manufacturers, verifying membership, and performing contract set ups.
Job Summary
Must be able to multi-task and manage large volumes with a high level of accuracy. Must be able to understand and interpret a variety of policies/contracts. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to this role.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and work streams.Demonstrates experience working in a transactional finance environment coupled with strong internal controls.Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support.Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requestsPossesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.Processing chargeback claims from pharmaceutical wholesalers to manufacturersVerifying membership, and performing contract set upsQualifications
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of 1 year business to business collections experience highly preferred1+ years' experience in related field preferredWhat is expected of you and others at this level
