Job Description
Responsible for providing and ensuring that their team provides the highest level of customer service to external customers as well as corporate and field office employees. An expert in the management and collection of customer accounts and supervises and develops their team members. This role also acts as an escalation point for team, office, and account issues, and requires the ability to build team and customer relationships, develop employees, resolve conflicts, maintain professionalism, and adapt to changes in the workplace.

This position involves working 4 days a week with the national sales team. The office culture is unique, with outgoing and team-oriented individuals. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
